By accessing or using calicandela.com (the "Site"), purchasing tickets to a Cali Candela event, or submitting any form on the Site, including the Candela List sign-up widget, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or attend our events.
Cali Candela is a California based nightlife entertainment brand operated as a DBA of Cali Canvas Marketing, 2407 N Grand Ave, Covina, CA 91724.
The Site may be browsed by the general public. However, many Cali Candela events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older where alcohol is served by the venue, and valid government issued photo ID is required for entry. Age requirements vary by event and are listed on each event's Eventbrite listing. Entry may be refused, without refund, to anyone unable to provide valid ID matching the applicable age requirement. Our SMS and email marketing programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
All content on the Site, including the Cali Candela name, logo, graphics, and event photography, is the property of Cali Canvas Marketing or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with, disable, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or any systems connected to it. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content from the Site without written permission.
The Site may contain links to third party sites, including Eventbrite and social media platforms. Cali Candela does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party site. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.
The Site and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cali Candela and Cali Canvas Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at any event, including personal injury, property loss, or loss of enjoyment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under California law.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Cali Candela, operated by Cali Canvas Marketing, offers an SMS alert program, including the Candela List, to keep subscribers informed about upcoming events, presale codes, and account related notices.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree that Cali Candela may send you recurring automated text messages regarding upcoming events, presale codes, lineup announcements, ticket reminders, venue or schedule changes, and related informational messages. Message frequency varies.
SMS alerts are an optional service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or any other transaction with Cali Candela.

All ticket sales for Cali Candela events are processed through Eventbrite, Inc., an independent third party ticketing platform. Cali Candela is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing errors, or service interruptions caused by Eventbrite. Ticket purchases are subject to Eventbrite's own terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Cali Candela reserves the right to modify event lineups, venues, dates, or times due to circumstances including venue availability, talent scheduling, weather, or safety concerns. Refund eligibility for cancelled or significantly altered events follows Eventbrite's refund policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the specific event listing. Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind.
Guests at Cali Candela events are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests. Cali Candela and its venue partners reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or violates venue policies.
